Le soir, pendant que les crêpières continuent à travailler, au château on sert un repas à 300 personnes, animé par un musicien, et par les ‘jockeys,’ entre deux courses aux ânes. Nous, qui travaillons, ne regardons jamais cette fameuse course, malheureusement – il n’y a pas assez de temps. Mais quand même, il y a plusieurs moments pour un peu de détente, avant la vaisselle.
Sunday evening, while the crepe makers continue to work, at the chateau we serve a meal for 300 people, with entertainment provided by a musician, and the 'jockeys' in between two donkey races. Those of us who work don't get a chance to see this famous race unfortunatly. But still, we usually manage to take a few minutes off to relax - before the dishes need to be washed.
