21 novembre. Mer et dune. Marine and dune

Ce matin on commence sur un catamaran – pour voir des oiseaux, des dauphins, la mer.  Malheureusement, il n’a pas fait très beau, mais quand même, une bonne journee. 

This morning we set off in a catamaran to see bird and dolphins.  Unfortunately it wasn’t a very bright ay, but still, worth doing.

L’après-midi on est sur les dunes à Sandwich Harbour, réserve aux tours comme le nôtre.

In the afternoon we were on the dunes at Sandwich Harbour.  Closed to most traffic, open just for tours like ours.

Des dauphins - pas facile a voir.  Dolphins, not easy to see

Le guide et les ‘lits’ d’huitres.   Entre chaque tonneau bleu il y a 7 000 à 8 000 huitres.

The guide in front of the oyster beds. Between each blue drum there are 7-8,000 oysters.
