Depuis des années je marche le lundi après-midi avec des copines.  A l’époque nous étions 12 ou 15.  Maintenant, 3 ou 4 – et avec mes problèmes de pied depuis 2 ans, je n’en ai fait pas beaucoup.  Mais en principe les promenades sont plus courtes.  En principe.

For a long time I have walked on Monday afternoons with my friends.  At one time we were 12 or 15, but now only 3 or 4.  And with my foot problems over the last two years, I haven’t done much.  And so now we – theoretically – walk for a shorter period.  Theoretically

Lundi nous étions 5, a Sainte Mondane, de l’autre côté de la rivière.  Il faisait beau, et malgré les côtes, c’a été superbe.

Monday there were 5 of us, at Sainte Mondane, on the other side of the river.  It was a beautiful day, and despite the climb, it was wonderful.

Nous commencons à monter.  We start to go up.

Féeriques, ces sentiers.  These paths are quite magical.

Very nice weather vane.  Une joli girouette.
