le 27 novembre. Une triste journée, mais quand même il faisait beau. A sad day, but still, a nice day.

Aujourd’hui nous avons regardé l’hommage national aux victimes des attentats du 13 novembre. Très beau, et très triste.   Et comme bons français, nous avons montré le drapeau de France.  Et celui du Canada.

Today we watched the ceremony honouring those killed in the November 13 attacks.  Beautiful and moving.  And, good French (almost) citizens, we hung out our French flag.  And our Canadian one.

 

Nous avons aussi profité du jardin.  Harry travaillait, moi je faisais des photos.

Nous voulions dire au revoir a notre ‘petite canadienne,’ Brenda, qui retourne au Canada.  Donc, nos amis hollandais Harry et Marianne nous ont invités, tous, au Bistrot Chambon.  Nous avons bien mange, bine bu, bien ri.
