Pendant des années, cette réunion d’artistes de la région se passait à Carlux, dans le jardin d’une amie.  Maintenant il y a d’autres artistes qui reçoivent l’expo, cette année à Borreze.

For many years this gathering of local artists took place in Carlux, at the home of a friend.  Recently other people p=have hosted it. This year it was at Borreze

On travaille ici à Carlux – des fèves et des petit pois préparés par des amis, Deb et Dana.

Working here in Carlux – favas and peas prepared by our guests Deb and Dana

 deux kilos de feves, un kilo de petits pois.  Two kilos of fava beans, one of peas.

 Beaucoup de composte.  lots for the compost

et puis il faut enlever la peau.  Then we have to remove the skins

J'ai préparé deux gâteaux – oranges et  amandes, recette de Claudi Roden. (avec un glaçage de chocolat) et oranges/pommes/raisins secs
