16 avril. Toujours la cuisine - ou presque. Still waiting for the kitchen. Everything but the kitchen sink.

Les travaux de cuisine continuent, mais il y a un gros problème – l’évier, commandé 12 semaines avant, a été reçu cassé – pour la deuxième fois.  Donc, on demande au granitier d’en faire un.  Et on attend. 

Work on the kitchen continues, but we have a big problem – the sink ordered 12 weeks ago, was received, broken – for the second time.  So, on to Plan B.  The granitier (‘granite person?’) will be making us one.  And we wait.   

Le granit pour le plan de travail est arrive – et il est superbe !

Quand-même, la glycine est magnifique.  At least the wisteria is amazing.
