Although its a big city, there is a lovely botanical garden, for a bit of air in the city. We spent a great morning there.

Notre très bonne amie Marjorie était sur une croisière sur le Rhône, qui se terminait à Lyon, et nous avons décidé de la rencontrer là-bas avant de revenir à Carlux. Nous aimons Lyon, ce n'est pas loin en voiture, et très difficile d'y accéder par d'autres moyens. Nous n'avons rien fait de très excitant, mais nous nous sommes quand même bien amusés.
Our very good friend Marjorie was on a Rhone river cruise, which ended in Lyon, and we decided to meet her there before coming back to Carlux. We like Lyon, it's not far in the car, and very difficult to get to by other means. We didn't do anything too interesting, but had a good time nevertheless.
