Nous avons déjeuné avec mon autre sœur, Jennifer au début de notre séjour, mais pas de photos (pluie, restaurant pas trop photogène, etc.) La visite avec mon autre sœur était prévue pour le weekend avant notre départ, mais….. Kathleen n’allait pas bien, ou rhume, ou covid, et nous ne voulions pas prendre des risques, surtout quelques jours avant de monter dans un avion. Nous avons pensé à tout annuler, mais nos TRES bon amis ont offert de nous amener chez elle, où nous pouvions passer une ptit moment a l’extérieur. Pas beaucoup, mais mieux que rien.
We say my sister Jennifer at the beginning of our trip, but forgot to take pictures, after dealing with lots of rain, subway issues, etc. The visit with my sister Kathleen was planned for the last weekend of our stay, but she came down with either a cold or Covid, and as she wasn’t feeling well, and we didn’t want to pick up any infection before getting on a plane. Then our extremely good friends offered to drive us to Kathleen’s house, an hour east of Toronto, so that we could sit outside for a little while. Not exactly what we’d planned, but better than nothing.
