28 avril. L'évier arrive. The sink is here.

Apres avoir attendu 2 mois pour un évier, qui s’est cassé deux fois, le cuisiniste a demandé au granitier d’en faire un en Silestone, un produit en quartz.  Il arrive aujourd’hui, avec Pierre, Xavier, et Thomas, qui avaient du mal à l’installer.  Mais, quand-même, c’est chose faite, et demain les finitions, et le plombier.  Peut-être la vie à peu près normale recommence.

Having waited 2 months for a sink that arrived broken twice, our carpenter asked the granite shop to make one in Caesarstone.  It came today, and Pierre, Xavier, and Thomas installed it, admittedly, with difficulty.  But at last it’s done, tomorrow some finishing touches, and then the plumber – and maybe normal life will resume.
