Aus

On a fait 500 km de route en terre battue vers le sud pour arriver à Aus.  Pas d’hôtel cette fois – on a eu notre propre cabine, en pierre, parmi les rochers (pas la pierre du Périgord, plutôt comme l’Ontario). L’aube était spectaculaire, même si la faune était un peu plus petite !  Puis on a trouvé des chevaux sauvages, avec des oryx.

We carried on for 500 km. on dirt road, to Aus, further south. No hotel this time, but a stone cabin amid the boulders.  More the stone of Ontario than of the Périgord.  A spectacular dawn, with a few somewhat smaller animals. Then some wild horses, with oryx.

La souris arrive – et elle parte.  The mouse comes and goes.

Et les oiseaux arrivent.  And the birds arrive. 

Un peu plus loin -  la région est connue pour ces chevaux sauvages, qui s’entendent bien avec les autres animaux..

A little further on.  The area is known for these wild horses – who get along with the other animals.
